If I have done the KickStart in the past should I do it again?
Yes! The KickStart program is different every time and full of brand new recipes.
It's a great way to kick start your healthy habits again if you've fallen off

If I'm doing a nutrition program right now, why should I join the KickStart Program?
It's a great change of pace, and you will be doing it with a community of like minded individuals helping to hold you accountable.
Do I have to workout every single day?
Absolutely NOT...
You can get serious results in as little as 2-4 days a week with us.
If I am out of shape or have injuries can I still do the program?
Yes, our Personal Trainers can modify every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level. This program is GREAT for both beginners and advanced!
Does it include a nutrition plan, too?
Yes, we will create you a fully individualized meal plan and provide 40+ family friendly recipes, grab and go meal options, and support you along the way in a private Facebook group so you can easily reach your goals.
