The KICKSTART is an opportunity for you to take back your life by experiencing 4 transformative weeks of nutrition guidance, education, and accountability so you can cultivate wellness everywhere in your life. How Does The KickStart Work? 

At the start of the KICKSTART, each participant will have an InBody Body Scan plus measurements done. The InBody Scan will provide a baseline for the participants body fat, muscle mass and other body composition elements. Using this information is how we will create your own personalized nutrition plan! 

What To Expect With The KickStart

  • ​Community Support - During the KickStart, you'll have accountability from your personal nutrition coach, and those in the program along side of you. 
  • ​Initial Evaluation - This is where we’ll measure your starting point and develop your plan to get you maximum results. 
  • ​Recipes and Shopping Lists - Lists to choose foods to create customized meals for your body and to help you reach your goals.
  • ​Weekly Assessments - Our nutrition coach will personally review your food journal. Weekly check-in meetings will be done virtually from the comfort of your home!  
  • ​Convenience - We will guide you step-by-step with weekly family friendly healthy recipes specially designed to give you balanced nutrition while being super easy to follow.
  • ​Final Evaluation and Long Term Planning 
  • ​No elimination of total food groups. (unless medically prescribed by your doctor)
  • ​You get to choose your foods and meals
  • ​The program doesn’t just tell you what to eat, we go over how and why, so you can better understand food.
  • ​You don’t have to eat separate from your family and friends. You can even go out to eat on this program!

If I have done the KickStart in the past should I do it again?
Yes! The KickStart program is different every time and full of brand new recipes.
It's a great way to kick start your healthy habits again if you've fallen off . 

If I'm doing a nutrition program right now, why should I join the KickStart Program?
It's a great change of pace, and you will be doing it with a community of like minded individuals helping to hold you accountable.

Do I have to workout every single day?
Absolutely NOT...
You can get serious results in as little as 2-4 days a week with us.

If I am out of shape or have injuries can I still do the program?
Yes, our Personal Trainers can modify every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level. This program is GREAT for both beginners and advanced!

Does it include a nutrition plan, too?
Yes, we will create you a fully individualized meal plan and provide 40+ family friendly recipes, grab and go meal options, and support you along the way in a private Facebook group so you can easily reach your goals.
